I am offering a crystal singing bowl meditation class at the Hummingbird Music School here in Barrhaven with proceeds going to the Barrhaven Food Cupboard! Come relax and support a good cause !

Sound healing promotes peace and can ease anxiety and stress. It boosts your mood and help create emotional well being.  Join me on Mondays for an evening of relaxation.

This class is by donation with a suggestion of $25 minimum.
